Whatever firmware update they deployed is just making these devices a brick. Screen is black, doesn't restart, vibrates every time I touch it, doesn't sync with phone.. app can't even find the fitbit. Customer service is AWFUL. Perhaps it's time to buy another brand because the charge 3 is garbage and customer service is mediocre.
